Community management in Morocco

A community is cultivated every day — and a message left unanswered for 48 hours is often a lost customer. DIGITUP runs your social channels, replies to your audience and builds trust around your brand, day after day.

What we deliver

  • Daily activity on your channels: stories, interactions, amplification of the brand's key moments.
  • Moderation and replies to comments and direct messages, in your brand's tone of voice.
  • A response playbook: what to reply, how, and when to escalate to your teams.
  • Monitoring of your online reputation: reviews, mentions, weak signals from your audience.
  • Monthly reporting focused on the useful indicators: real engagement, recurring questions, opportunities spotted.

How we work

The UP system applied to community: tone first, rituals next, then a presence that does not slacken.

  • Discover — we immerse ourselves in your audience: who they are, what they ask for, where they speak up.
  • Design — construction of the response tone, the daily rituals and the escalation path.
  • Deploy — genuine daily presence, fast replies, activity around your key moments.
  • Scale — continuous adjustment based on audience signals and the questions that keep coming back.

Who it is for

  • Brands with an active audience that needs looking after before it goes cold.
  • Multi-account retailers that want one consistent tone across all their channels.
  • Teams overwhelmed by incoming messages, to the point of losing customers over it.

Frequently asked questions

Which social networks do you work on?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn mainly — the final choice depends on where your audience actually lives. We would rather see an excellent presence on two networks than a lukewarm one on five.

Do you reply to messages in darija?

Yes, when that is the language the message comes in — but to be precise: most exchanges happen in French, and darija, usually mixed with Arabic, stays rarer. English is possible when your audience uses it. In Morocco, replying in the customer's language is part of earning trust: the language and the tone we settle on are written into your response playbook.

How is this different from content creation?

Content creation produces what your brand publishes; community management brings the relationship around it to life — replies, moderation, daily engagement. The two go together and are often combined: excellent content with no engagement leaves your audience talking into the void.
